We strive to provide excellent and highly efficient travel assistance for your El Salvador eVisa (Special Entry Permit / PEI). Because our services involve immediate administrative work, expert document review, and the payment of non-refundable government fees, we enforce a strict refund policy.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. General Processing Terms

The total fee you pay on our website includes our professional service fee and, where applicable, the El Salvador government processing fee. Our service begins immediately upon the submission of your application and payment. This includes reviewing your data, formatting your documents, and dedicating our agents' time to your case.

2. Eligibility for a Refund (Before Submission)

You may request a cancellation and be eligible for a refund only if you contact us before our experts have reviewed and submitted your application to the Government of El Salvador.

  • If your application is still in our initial queue and has not been processed or sent to the immigration authorities, we will grant a refund.

  • Please note that a small administrative fee may be deducted to cover the secure payment gateway transaction costs.

3. Non-Refundable Situations (After Submission)

Once we have submitted your application to the El Salvador immigration authorities, our professional service has been fully rendered. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances after this point. This strict no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • You change your mind or cancel your trip after the application has been submitted.

  • You make an error on your application form (e.g., incorrect passport number or date of birth) that you did not correct before our submission.

  • You find out you do not actually need an eVisa/PEI for El Salvador after the process has started.

  • Your travel is delayed or canceled by airlines, weather, or personal emergencies.

4. Visa Rejections and Denials

Migraciony Soluciones acts solely as a processing agent. The final decision to approve, delay, or deny an El Salvador Special Entry Permit rests entirely with the Government of El Salvador.

  • If your application is rejected, denied, or delayed by the government, we will not issue a refund.

  • If you are denied boarding by your airline or denied entry at the El Salvador border by immigration officials, no refund will be provided.

5. Chargebacks and Bank Disputes

We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. By agreeing to this policy during checkout, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback with your credit card company or bank for services that have been properly rendered or for visa applications that were denied by the government. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the claim using this policy, your IP address, timestamped application data, and communication records.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

If you believe you meet the criteria for a pre-submission refund, you must contact our support team immediately. Do not delay, as applications are often processed within hours.
